We’re proud to share that Gabriela González Otero Head of People Operations at AbBaltis, was invited as a guest speaker at the University of Kent – School of Psychology to Year 3 Business Psychology students.

Gabriela spoke about her career journey, leadership, and the importance of building strong organisational culture. She also gave students insight into the culture at AbBaltis, sharing the strategies and principles that shape how we support our people and drive performance.

It was a great opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world experience, and we’re delighted to contribute to developing the next generation of business psychology professionals.
