Today, on World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, we at AbBaltis proudly stand with UNESCO in celebrating the richness of cultures around the world and the vital role intercultural dialogue plays in achieving peace and sustainable development.

With 89% of today’s global conflicts occurring in regions with limited intercultural dialogue, fostering understanding across cultures is essential.

At AbBaltis, we know that diversity drives innovation. Our international team reflects a wide range of cultural backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. This diversity empowers us to think more creatively, collaborate more effectively, and serve our partners and communities more meaningfully.

๐ŸŽจ Culture and creativity are powerful engines of global development.
๐ŸŒŽ Over 48 million jobs are created by the cultural sector, almost half of them held by women.
๐Ÿงก Culture represents 3.1% of global GDP, and is the largest source of employment for young people under 30.

Yet, as UNESCO notes, it is still underrepresented in public policy and global development planning. We support UNESCO’s call to recognise culture as a global public good, and welcome initiatives like MONDIACULT 2025 that aim to embed cultural rights into the global development agenda.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Today is a reminder that building a peaceful, inclusive, and innovative world starts with listening, understanding, and respecting each other. At AbBaltis, we’re committed to nurturing cultural awareness and dialogue every day.
