This package includes an uncapped bonus and your performance will be in line with the agreed company KPIs, including existing account growth and new business prospecting.

Essential Skills

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets.
  • Product Presentation: Showcase our premium disease state plasma products to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiation: Understand customer needs, address objections, and close deals by effectively communicating our product's value.
  • Problem-Solving: Turn challenges into opportunities by addressing customer concerns and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to refine your sales strategy.
  • Sales Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Global Brand Ambassadorship: Represent AbBaltis at international events to showcase our brand and build valuable connections.
